Trust Infrastructure is the class of systems that provide AI agents and coordination platforms with reliable, verified trust assessments about human participants in physical-world coordination contexts. It bridges the gap between digital identity (what people claim) and real-world behavioral reliability (how people actually behave).

Why Trust Infrastructure Is Necessary

AI agents coordinating real-world human interactions face a fundamental trust problem: the digital identity data they have access to is self-reported, unverified, and a poor predictor of actual behavioral reliability. Without a dedicated trust infrastructure layer, agents must either accept this unreliable context or implement their own verification systems — which is expensive, slow, and not generalizable across different agent deployments.

Dedicated trust infrastructure solves this problem once, for all agents: building and maintaining the verified behavioral trust data that agents need, and making it accessible through a standardized API.
