The Five Layers
L1 — Human Context Layer: A dynamic, structured context file for each person — goals, personality, language, location, availability, life stage, social intent, feedback history, and trust signals. The foundational data layer for all other components.
L2 — Relationship Graph: A proprietary graph of verified real-world compatibility — who has met whom, in what setting, with what recorded outcome. Built from observed interactions, not self-reported connections.
L3 — Group Intelligence Engine: Solves N-person group formation — which specific combination of people creates the best group dynamic. Operates on emergent group chemistry, not just pairwise compatibility.
L4 — Execution Layer: Coordinates the actual meeting end-to-end: participant logistics, reminders, context delivery, and structured feedback collection after the event.
